Shipping & Returns

All of our goodies ship within 2-3 business days, unless apparel or otherwise specified in the case of a custom order. 

Standard shipping rates apply. 

If you choose our free local-pickup option, you may pick your order up from Wed-Sun 12-7pm. Use code LocalPickup at checkout and coordinate your pickup by emailing hello@twigandstonedesigns.com.

RETURN POLICIES: 

GENERAL PRODUCTS:

All sales are final unless a product arrives damaged, or we made an error. If an order was sent damaged or by error, we will offer a replacement (free of shipping). However, if you decide you do not want a replacement, the item can be returned for money back. Please keep in mind, if you do decide to return our product for your money back, you are required to pay for all shipping costs. 

APPAREL:

All apparel is made-to-order. We do not accept returns but will facilitate sizing exchanges. All returned products must be un-worn, in original condition and or additional charges may be applied.
